The alloy core spreads heat fast and evenly, producing perfect baking in a reduced time. The anodised aluminium surface will give a naturally easy release and will become more and more non-stick over time. This Loaf Pan is ideal for producing loaf cakes, family-sized meatloaf, bread or even pâté or terrine. Not dishwasher safe, but very easy to clean.
