Price Match

We believe in offering fair, competitive prices year-round, and always check our prices against other retailers. However, if you have found an item we carry for a lower price at a different retailer, let us know. We will happily price match identical in-stock items sold by reputable retailers in the UK and abroad, including Amazon (see ‘Terms & Conditions’ below).

November 2024 Price Match Special: From 1 November to 30 November 2024, we are taking our Price Match Policy one step further by future-proofing your purchases. If you make a purchase at Borough Kitchen in November 2024 and, later that month, see that product at a reduced price in our shop or another retailer – e.g. for Black Friday – we will return that difference to you in store credit.

• For example, if you buy an item from Borough Kitchen for £100 on 15 November 2024, and see the exact same product at a different UK retailer for £75 on 25 November 2024 (see Terms & Conditions below), let us know and we will give you store credit (in the form of a digital gift card) of £25. Gifts cards are valid in our stores or online for 18 months.

Terms & Conditions

1. The product must be identical. 

The item you want to price match must be the exact same item (the same size and colour, with the same accessories). It must be brand new and in the manufacturer’s packaging.

2. Prices will be matched against the final delivered price, including shipping, duties, and taxes.

The retailer can be UK-based or international – as long as the total price including duties, VAT, taxes and shipping can be calculated on that retailer's website (at the checkout page).

3. The product must be sold by a reputable retailer, i.e. an authorised retailer of that product, who purchases it directly from the brand or its distributor.

This includes Amazon, department stores, cook shops, homeware shops, garden centres or the brand themselves. The retailer can be UK-based or international – as long as the total price including duties, VAT, taxes and shipping can be calculated on that retailer's website. We do not price match third-party resellers such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace vendors, auction sites, or other marketplaces with new or second-hand goods.

4. The product must be in-stock and ready to ship within a week.

We will not price match items that are discontinued by or out of stock in other retailers.

November Price Match Special

We will price match a product for a maximum of one time, meaning that if a product is further reduced by a retailer in the month of November, we will not provide a further price match to that product. We reserve the right to limit the number of requests we fulfil from an individual customer, should they become excessive. We will not price match items discounted as part of another retailer’s welcome discount (as a result of signing up for their mailing list), or any other retailer-operated discount (such as abandoned cart or birthday offers).

The November Price Match Special will exclusively apply from 1-30 November 2024. Borough Kitchen reserves the right to remove the November Special Price Match Guarantee offer at any time. We reserve the right to decline Price Match Requests that are suspected to have been falsified. Store credit or digital gift cards that are granted as part of Price Match cannot be exchanged for cash.

Our Customer Service Team will confirm receipt of a Price Match Guarantee within 24 hours of receiving the request and will inform of the outcome within 2-3 business days.

How to Request a Price Match

To have us price match an item, please email online@boroughkitchen.com or contact us via LiveChat with the website link to the product you have found online, and a screenshot of the entire page, including the date and time, in addition to the link. You will need to confirm the size, colour and price you would like us to match. We’ll take care of it from there. You are also welcome to price-match at any of our shops – just ask a member of our team about price matching, and show them the advertised price so they can verify it. They can either apply it onto a purchase you make at the store, or request our Customer Care team to send you the store credit via email. This process is the same for our November Price Match Special.
