This Marcato Biscuit Press allows you to prepare 20 different styles of biscuit with delightful ease. One fill of biscuit dough in the cylinder will make 35-40 small biscuits and up to 20-25 large ones. To use, just place the end of the cylinder onto your baking tray, pull down the lever, lift the cylinder, and the biscuit shape you have pre-set will be there, ready to bake. The ergonomic handle of the lever is easy to grip and enables you to work effortlessly with different types of dough.

Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle.
