To use the pan, light the candles on the 'rechaud' (reheating) base and slide the non-stick cooking surface onto the top. Place cheese, or other warm dips or sauces, onto the surface. When melted to your liking, lift the pan with the handle and scrape melted cheese onto potatoes, bread, roasted vegetables and more with the included non-stick scraper.
