This Fellow Atmos Vacuum Canister removes air and reduces oxidation to keep coffee beans and other dry goods fresher for longer. (It cannot be used to store finely ground or powdery ingredients, such as ground coffee, flour, or sugar, as these ingredients could get caught in the vacuum seal.) To close, keep twisting the lid until a green dot appears on the lid; this indicates that all the air has been removed. To open, press the button to release the pressure and remove the lid. The seal naturally loses its grip after three to five days, when it should be opened and resealed.
