This stainless steel oven thermometer from ETI features a clear 55mm diameter dial with colour-coded zones to indicate temperature from 0° to 300°C in 10°C divisions. The green marker indicates the minimum temperature that commercial hot food display units should be kept at. It can be used free-standing or hung from a shelf and is best positioned in the middle of the oven for the most accurate temperature reading.
