Their wide, flat surface makes them perfect for lifting and turning meat, fish, and vegetables, and the slotted lower head allows excess fat to drain away. Their length means you can maintain a safe and comfortable distance from the hot coals of a BBQ. There’s a loop in the handle for hanging on a rack.
