Homemade bread is one of the most rewarding projects a home cook can take on – requiring a blend of science, art, and intuition. In this class, we'll take all the fear out of hand-kneading bread, teaching you the skills to know exactly when to let your dough rest and how to create airy, crunchy loaves every time. (This skill will come in handy no matter what type of bread you make.) We’ll also teach you how to whip up versatile flatbread with ease, and make homemade butter (plus a few savoury variants). At the end of class, you will get to enjoy a smorgasbord of ingredients to enjoy with fresh, warm Persian-style flatbread, as well as take home two different loaves of bread and homemade butter.

Think this class would make a perfect gift? We do too – that's why we offer Cook School Gift Cards, for one or two guests, in paper and digital formats.
