This Nordic Ware Naturals Jelly Roll, or Swiss Roll, Baking Sheet Pan is constructed of durable natural aluminium for even heat distribution and consistent baking results. The rim is reinforced with galvanised steel to prevent warping. This pan fits European-sized ovens and is ideal for baking cookies, brownies and pastries or for roasting nuts and veggies.

Care
  • Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water
  • Dishwasher use is not advised, as discolouration will occur due to dishwasher cleaning agents; this discolouration is merely cosmetic and will not affect baking properties or safety of the pan
  • Nylon, wood, or silicone utensils are recommended; metal utensils and scouring pads may scratch natural aluminium pans, but will not affect baking performance
  • Aluminium is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products; these foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use
  • Always use oven mitts when handling a hot pan
  • Also safe for direct use on grill top
