This Chef's Pan Lid features a vent hole and is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that gets better with time, as long as you maintain it properly. Read our guide to pan seasoning here. The lid is compatible with the Chef's Prospector Pan and its cast iron knob makes it oven-safe.
Note: The lid sits just outside the rim of the pan and therefore measures slightly more than the dimensions found below.
