This traditional Bamboo Spoon, or Chashaku, from Moya Matcha, is an integral component of the matcha tea ceremony. The curved portion of the spoon measures a small portion (approx one teaspoon) of matcha tea that is then whisked with approximately 75-100ml of hot water to a uniform foamy consistency using a bamboo matcha whisk. You can vary the amount of tea to your preference.
