Product Details
This Mauviel M'Stone Casserole with Glass Lid is ideal for braising, making soups, curries and big batches of pasta sauce. The oversized handles allow you to lift and transfer the pan safely from the hob to the oven. Durable anodised aluminium from base to rim give this pot excellent conductivity when you raise or lower the temperature, so food can heat evenly and efficiently. Like the other pans in the M'Stone range, this pot is lightweight yet sturdy and finished with three layers of PFOA-free Eclipse Plus non-stick coating. Oven safe up to 250°C and compatible with all hobs including induction. We don't recommend putting any non-stick pan in the dishwasher—plus, it's so easy to clean by hand you won't want to. (For information on non-stick pan care, read our guide.)
Mauviel M’Stone pans are made of anodised aluminium that’s soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand. The pans (including handles) often have minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs as a result. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance and durability.
Why we love it
M'Stone pans have way more stamina than your standard-issue non-sticks. With proper care, they'll last a decade if not more.'
