This Mauviel M'Plus Side Spoon is made from beautiful French copper. The brass handle features a hook that allows hanging from a kitchen rail (not included). Mauviel M'Plus products are made of pure copper that’s soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not impact performance or durability.
