Product Details
The Mauviel M'Heritage M’150S stockpot is made from 1.5mm thick French copper, which maximises the unparalleled heat responsiveness of copper while being light enough to manoeuvre easily. It lined with tin, which is non-reactive and naturally stick-resistant. (Be careful when using metal utensils with tin or scrubbing too abrasively, as it is a softer metal that can scratch.) Copper is an impeccable heat conductor, heating evenly and quickly, which makes it the perfect material for cooking large batches of food. Suitable for all hobs except induction.
Mauviel M’150 and M’250 pans, with stainless steel, brass, or cast iron handles, are made of pure copper that’s soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

Why we love it
‘Copper is a perfectionist’s metal. Because it responds so diligently to heat, you’re able to control the exact colour and texture you want your food to be, knowing that the moment you take the pan off the heat, it will stop cooking. Precision, precision, precision. It also cooks so much faster than other pans.’
