This Masterclass Springform Cake Pan, made from heavy-duty commercial weight 1mm steel, features an easy-to-use quick-release clasp for dislodging the base. An easy-release finish makes it resistant to sticking (we still recommend greasing the pan or using baking paper), and it is safe to use in the dishwasher, fridge and freezer. It is made to last at least 20 years.
