Product Details
Marcato designed these premium ravioli stamps to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing. With a champagne-coloured cutter and walnut handle, this 6.5cm diameter–stamp creates round uniform pieces of ravioli with zig-zag edges, thanks to a spring-loaded press that applies a gentle amount of pressure to distribute filling evenly. To use, place the stamp over two sheets of pasta with filling portioned into the centre and press quickly and firmly.
Why we love it
'The stylish design makes it a great gift, and I love the shape it creates, which has a broader space for filling and shorter edge.'

About The Brand
Marcato
In 1930, Otello Marcato made the first-ever pasta rolling machine in a workshop behind his house and sold them to neighbours on his bicycle. He opened a factory in Campodarsego, Padua, eight years later, where Marcato still produces all of their products today. Their machines are recognized all over the world for unbeatable quality. Their 100+ employees pack up to 2,500 pasta machines a day and 250,000 rollers a month with an extremely low rate of defects, reusing most of the product waste in order to embrace a principle of ecological circularity.
