This docking station is custom-designed to hold the clever HORL sharpener, which uses two parts (a rolling sharpener and a magnetic angle support) to get both Japanese and Western knives shipshape in a matter of seconds, gently and effectively. (Read more about HORL sharpeners here.) The HORL Dock in Graphite, made in Germany, was designed to complement the HORL 2 and sit on any countertop without taking up too much space to keep the sharpener close to hand. Not suitable for the HORL 2 Cruise.

About The Brand
HORL 1993
Timo and Otmar Horl, the father-and-son duo behind HORL 1993 had a singular vision: bring professional standards of knife sharpening to the home cook, simplified. What began at a home cellar is now a fully-staffed workshop in Germany’s Black Forest where every aspect of the manufacturing process is done locally, from steel melding to laser engraving.
