Product Details

Included in the HORL 3 Pro knife sharpener, the HORL 3 Pro Angle Support is designed to hold knife edges securely in place while being sharpened with the rolling mechanism of any HORL sharpener. It offers a choice of six grinding angles with three latching positions (25°, 22°, 20°, 15°, 13°, 10°), covering a wide range of knife blades, from thick meat cleavers to ultra-fine Japanese sushi knives. The magnetic pads have an ultra-strong grip (70% stronger than the angle supports on HORL 2 sharpeners), so even small paring knives can stay securely in place with minimal movement as you sharpen and hone. You can use it as a replacement part if the magnetic angle support of a HORL 3 Pro is missing or damaged; or with any other HORL knife sharpener as a way to extend the range of sharpening angles.

HORL products can only be shipped within the UK.

Why we love it

'A knife sharpener is one of the most important yet most overlooked tools in the kitchen, and HORL 3 knife sharpeners are here to change that. Quick, user-friendly, and ultra-precise, they are engineered in a way that vastly shrinks the margin of human error. No other brand’s rolling sharpeners deliver HORL’s results, and that comes down to craftsmanship.'

About The Brand

HORL 1993

Timo and Otmar Horl, the father-and-son duo behind HORL 1993 had a singular vision: bring professional standards of knife sharpening to the home cook, simplified. What began at a home cellar is now a fully-staffed workshop in Germany’s Black Forest where every aspect of the manufacturing process is done locally, from steel melding to laser engraving.
