This stainless steel roasting pan comes from Hestan's ProBond range, which features a core of aluminium for quick, even heat responsiveness. It includes an easy-to-lift stainless steel roasting rack that elevates large cuts of meat, promoting airflow for crisp, golden exteriors while allowing the fat to fall to the bottom, which can be used to for roasting potatoes or other vegetables. This versatile roasting pan can also be used for baked pasta, puddings, and more. Oven-safe up to 316°C, this pan can also be used on all hobs including induction. This streamlines the process of cooking a pan sauce; the curved rim also makes it easy to pour liquid out of the pan. Thoughtfully designed with wide, ergonomic handles, the tray is easy to manoeuvre from oven to table, even when wearing thick oven gloves. It is dishwasher-safe for effortless cleanup, with flat rivets that are easy to clean around.
