Product Details
In this hands-on introduction to making fresh pasta from scratch, you'll gain the confidence to knead, roll, and shape pasta dough like a pro. We cover every step, A to Zed – from kneading dough until its texture is smooth and elastic, to 'marrying' pasta with sauce so every bite is filled with flavour. We cover both regular and whole wheat dough, which we'll cut and shape in a myriad of ways. At the end of class, you'll sit down for a meal and plenty of pasta to take home.
Think this class would make a perfect gift? We do too – that's why we offer Cook School Gift Cards, for one or two guests, in paper and digital formats.

Why we love it
'Making fresh pasta from scratch is a skill based on practice and instinct, rather than something that can be learned from recipes alone. That's why taking a class is key – especially a technique-focused class like this, which lays down the groundwork for creativity at home. If you have a pasta machine that you don't put to use enough, this is the perfect class for you.'
