Product Details
Featured in The Independent's list of the 10 Best Rolling Pins, this USA-made pin from Fletcher's Mill is made from sustainably sourced maple wood, which is particularly hard-wearing and dense. Measuring 51cm, the shape of the French pin, which has tapered ends, is perfect for rolling out super thin pie crusts. It allows for more flexibility and control, and pressure is easier to exert. Both the form and function of this Fletcher's Mill pin make it suitable for home and commercial kitchens alike. Do not place in the dishwasher; just wipe clean and occasionally rub with mineral oil for smoothness and lustre.
Why we love it
'The solid one-piece construction feels stable and easy to manoeuvre, especially when rolling out round doughs.'
