Product Details
This Classic Rolling Pin from Fletchers' Mill is made in the USA from sustainably harvested maple wood and includes red cinnabar handles that are easy to grip. Measuring 30 x 7 cm (54cm long including handles) with a weight of 1360g, it is heavy-duty, making it extremely effective at rolling out doughs quickly and evenly. It has steel ball bearings for a smooth, effortless rotation that comes from downward pressure (AKA less effort from you!) and optimal balance. Both the form and function make it suitable for home and commercial kitchens alike.
Why we love it
'Though at first it seemed heavier than what I was used to, the ball bearings made it effortless to manoeuvre and applied pressure evenly. The maple is rock hard—I'm certain it will last a lifetime.'
