This De Buyer Choc Resto Induction Non-Stick Crepe Pan is made from extra-thick aluminium and has a magnetic stainless steel bottom. Five layers of non-stick coating enable you to turn crepes out easily and make the pan simple to clean. The French-style epoxy-coated riveted iron handle is very resistant to high temperatures. Suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
