This skimmer, with an angled base, is an indispensable part of any kitchen, and this silicone version is gentle on non-stick cookware, dishwasher-safe, and comfortable to grip. It has a hook for hanging on a kitchen rail. The shape and colour were designed by renowned Milan-based studio Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez.
