Compatible with the Ankarsrum Assistent Original stand mixer, the vegetable cutter attachment includes three drums. The slicer is perfect for quickly making neat, consistent slices of fruits and vegetables, like a mandolin. The coarse and fine grater attachments are perfect for grating cheese, nuts, chocolate, vegetables, and a variety of ingredients. The attachment includes a plunger for pushing food towards the feeding chamber. To use the attachment, turn the Ankarsrum Assistent Original stand mixer on its side, fasten the vegetable cutter to the machine, and fit it with the appropriate drum. Make sure to place a plate or bowl under the attachment to collect the processed ingredients.
