Made in Sweden from heavy-duty aluminium, this robust meat mincer attachment has everything you need to grind meat at home. Just affix it to the base of the Ankarsrum Assistent Original Mixer, turn it onto its side, and it's ready to go. The disc has 4.5 mm holes for a consistent mince. The set also includes a feeding table and knob for pushing the meat through; three sausage horns; and a splash guard. Though called a 'meat' mincer, it is suitable for a variety of proteins, from seafood to chickpeas.
