Product Details
All-Clad’s Copper Core range adapts copper for modern kitchens. This saute pan has a large surface area and high sides, which means you can use it as a frying pan or, with the lid on, as a casserole too. It is clad with five layers of metal: 18/10 stainless steel on the outside, two supportive layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and a core of copper making it induction-compatible. Curved rims allow easy, drip-free pouring, and the riveted handles—one long primary handle and a short 'helper' handle on the other side of the pan—are permanently secure. A thin band of exposed copper is visible from the outside, an accent that gives this range its singular look.

Why we love it
‘The word “saute” means “jump” in French, and that’s what this pan does—it lets ingredients jump around the pan, with high walls that make it less likely to catch on the sides and burn.’

About The Brand
All-Clad
All-Clad was founded John Ulam, a renowned metallurgist whose inventions transformed the automobile, aerospace, and mint coin industries. An avid home cook, he applied his knowledge of bonding metals with very different properties, such as stainless steel and aluminium, together to make pans. The result was cookware that cooked food more evenly, was easy to clean, didn’t alter flavours, and didn’t tarnish or warp. So when All-Clad opened the doors to their Canonsburg, Pennsylvania factory in 1971, cookware was yet another industry he transformed.
Their products are still manufactured in the USA, where each and every piece is inspected for strict quality control. In addition, they adhere to exacting environmental standards, recovering and recycling nearly every ounce of unused material.
We believe their Copper Core range to be the best copper pans for induction hobs, offering the superior performance of copper with minimal clean-up. Their stainless steel TriPly and d5 ranges are durable and versatile, with user-friendly features like pouring rims and comfortable handles that stay cool as you cook.
