As a company, we do not discount products unless we are passing on a special price from a supplier, or if we are price matching the item with the same item from a reputable UK retailer. But twice a year, we have a clearance on ex-display, ex-demo, and end-of-line items. It is online only and exclusive to subscribers of our mailing list.
How do I get notified when there is a clearance?

When do the bi-annual clearances happen?
At the end of summer and at the end of winter, so we can clear our shelves for autumn and spring.
What is the condition of the items in the clearance?
All the items in our clearance are in nearly perfect, usable condition – there is no difference in function, quality, durability, or the warranty. Except for items marked ‘ex-demo’, they have not been used. But since nearly perfect is not perfect, we reduce them to clear. Here are our criteria for clearance items:
- An item with wear and tear from being on display
- An item that’s been used for demos
- An item that is missing its original packing
- An item with a minor manufacturing flaw, such as a purely cosmetic scratch or mark
- An item that has been discontinued by the supplier
- An item we are discontinuing to make space for new products
- An item with outdated branding or packaging
Can I return items that have been purchased in clearance?
Items purchased in clearance can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. It must arrive in the same condition and packaging it was sent in.
Can I get a photo of a particular item before I order it?
Due to how quickly items in our clearance sell out, it is not possible to send any photos in advance of purchase or before the item has been delivered.
