Kelly's Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
A perfect cocktail for hot summer days, this sweet and frosty classic is always a crowd pleaser. We sourced some beautiful strawberries from Artichoke in Hampstead and added a good kick of lime for some tangy freshness.
Ingredients
- 240ml Havana Club 3 year old white rum
- 90ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 60ml sugar syrup
- 200 g strawberries, hulled
- approximately 2 cups of ice cubes or 1 standard ice cube tray
Method
- Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid
- Select variable 1
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to variable 10, then to High
- Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached
