The following delivery timings are for items marked "in stock". For any other items, the lead time will be shown on the product page. If your order includes any items with longer dispatch times, we will send your order only once all items are available. 

May Bank Holiday Weekend: Please expect a 1-day delay on orders placed on 5th May and 26th May 2025, as our delivery partners are closed for the holiday.

Photo ID and a PIN provided by DPD prior to delivery will be requested at point of delivery if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years of age.

 

Please note, that surcharges and slightly longer lead-times apply for the Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight and other non-mainland UK addresses. Working days are weekdays other than Statutory/Bank Holidays. 

 

UK Click & Collect

Click & Collect is currently only available in our Islington store. You will receive a pick up confirmation email when your order is ready to be collected. You will need to bring proof of ID (for the person the order is addressed to) such as a current photo driver's licence or passport. 

International Delivery

Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man	Free shipping may be available subject to a minimum order value. Otherwise, shipping charges vary by area (from £5.00).	Order by 2pm on any working day. Delivery within 5-21 working days from dispatch.
Worldwide	Free shipping may be available subject to a minimum order value. Otherwise, shipping charges vary by country.	Delivery times vary by country - please see the delivery estimate in the checkout.

 

You can choose to pre-pay any local customs, duties and taxes in our checkout so there will be no surprise or additional charges to pay later.

Returns & Exchanges

365-day Returns & Exchanges for unwanted items in a resaleable condition. Please note: all clearance items can only be returned with in 14 days of purchase. See our detailed Returns Policy here

Contact us to arrange hassle-free courier returns, starting at £5 from mainland UK addresses, £5 for DPD drop off, or £10 for DPD collection.

Online purchases can be returned via courier for the prices above, or free of charge in person at one of our five London stores. Please note that products purchased in any of our London stores cannot be returned online; they must be returned in person to any of our London stores.

Returns of faulty or incorrect items are free of charge. Damaged or faulty items will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Please contact online@boroughkitchen.com for assistance.
