Frequently Asked Questions
Can you wash Samuel Groves pans in the dishwasher?
Though dishwasher safe, we recommend you clean your pans by hand using a sponge and washing up liquid to extend the life and maintain the best appearance of the product. Harsh chemicals that can be found in dishwasher detergent and salts can deteriorate the cookware. Never use wire wool or any other metal-based scrubbers. Dry thoroughly once clean.
What causes pitting in stainless steel cookware?
Adding salt to the pans can cause pitting. We recommend that salt is added to simmering or boiling water and stirred until dissolved.
Does Samuel Groves provide a warranty on their products?
Yes. Samuel Groves offers a lifetime warranty for manufacturer's defects. They will repair it without charge, or replace it with the same or similar item if the item malfunctions during domestic use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
